Protein pancakes recipe

These protein pancakes are extremely yummy and it takes minutes to prepare them. They contain lots of protein from Booster Whey Protein powder and are low in sugar. It is a great way to kick-start your day with a protein boost!

PROTEIN PANCAKES - INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 egg yolks

  • 2 tbsps water

  • baking soda (3g)

  • 2 scoops Booster Whey Protein (30g)

  • 2 egg whites

  • salt

PROTEIN PANCAKES RECIPE:

  1. Add the egg yolks, water, baking soda and Booster Whey Protein to a bowl and start to mix with a a spoon.

  2. Add egg whites and salt to another bottle and run it through the blender until well mixed.

  3. Mix all together.

  4. Cook the pancake until the bottom is light brown.

  5. Loosen with a spatula, flip over and cook the other side.

  6. Serve hot with filling of peanut butter.
